Refund Policy
At Graffiti Books, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refund policy below.
Returns
Our 30-day return policy means that return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Unwanted Items
Only items in their original, unused condition and accompanied by proof of purchase will be eligible for return.
Items may be returned:
- In person at Graffiti Books; or
- By courier at the customer's own expense.
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note: If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by Graffiti Books may be deducted from your refund.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is damaged or defective;
- Your book is misbound or faulty; or
- You received the wrong item.
If a replacement copy is available, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

Please include:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue; and
- Clear photographs showing the damage or defect.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Graffiti Books will cover the return shipping costs for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and resale reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened games;
- Opened puzzles;
- Opened playing cards or card games;
- Opened stationery items;
- Gift cards;
- Clearance or sale items.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed via EFT. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your bank account.
Alternatively, we can:
- Credit your Graffiti Books customer account; or
- Issue a Graffiti Books gift voucher.
International Orders
Graffiti Books does not offer cash refunds on international orders. Where applicable, we will issue the value of the return as an online gift voucher for use on future purchases.
