Organisational change: Theory and practice is based on the premise that a deeper understanding of the change phenomenon and its consequences forms the basis for constructively acting on and managing change in organisations. The title recognises that change at the individual level is inextricable from change at the organisational level. As a result, the application of change concepts and theory consistently relates to both the individual and the organisation.
