Faaiza Omar, a self-taught baker, made her first biscuits under the watchful eyes of her grandmothers. Now she is able to pay tribute to them by including some of their cherished recipes in My Sweet Life. Faaiza is passionate about baking and all things sweet. She finds her inspiration from pastry chefs around the world, and updates them with a unique twist. Covering everything from petit fours, cheesecakes and celebration cakes, to sorbets, ice-creams and other delectable desserts.
