Sixteen-year-old Julie seems to have it all. Yet, on the inside, she longs for true love. For best friend Britney, on the other hand, love seems to come too easily.
Both frustrated by their dating struggles, they decide to make a list of RELATIONSHIP RULES to help them navigate through the channels of finding real love in an age where all of society seems to be after superficial desires.
