On the Syria/ Iraq border a young British extremist executes a hostage.
A masked figure called the Caliph watches him.
In Nigeria the British High Commander is kidnapped. Regiment hero Danny Black leads a team deployed to find him. When they discover prisoners infected with the plague, they realise they have uncovered a plot to unleash bio-terror.
Danny must identify the Caliph and stop the terrorists before the disease threaten those much closer to home.
